Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking number.
However, you can also email us at krasa.lashbrowstore@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
